End User License Agreement (EULA)

Please read the following End User License Agreement (EULA) terms and conditions before using the software (Cisco Documentation Toolkit) provided by CiscoNet Solutions (Publisher). You agree that your use of the software acknowledges that you have read this license agreement, understand it, and agree to all terms and conditions specified. The install and use of the software indicates you accept the EULA license agreement and warranty terms. Do not copy, install or use any copy of Cisco Documentation Toolkit if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions of this EULA.

License Type:

The software is licensed, not sold, to you by CiscoNet Solutions. CiscoNet Solutions reserves all ownership, title and copyright to the software. Any rights not granted to you with the EULA are reserved by CiscoNet Solutions. You are granted a non-exclusive, single user, non-transferable limited license to use this software on a single computer and make copies for backup purposes. The software may be used or copied only in accordance with the terms of the end user license agreement (EULA). You may not sell the software or distribute the software or documentation either for a fee or without charge. You shall not modify the software or documentation. You may not disassemble the program or allow it to be disassembled into its contituent source code. Your use of the software indicates acceptance of all terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these conditions, delete the software files and documentation from computer and storage devices where it is installed. This license agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United States of America.

Restrictions:

The software and accompanying documentation may not be provided by any source not authorized to distribute Cisco Documentation Toolkit, including all original distribution media and documentation. The software license is single user standalone only and doesent support network installation.

Disclaimer of Warranty:

This software is licensed 'as is' without any warranty as to the performance, merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. The licensee (you) assumes all risk as to the quality, performance or any usage of the software. CiscoNet Solutions warrants that exclusive remedy in the event of a defect is expressly limited to the replacement of software. In no event shall CiscoNet Solutions or anyone else who has been involved in the creation, development or distribution of this software be liable for any direct, incidental or consequential damages, such as, but not limited to, loss of anticipated profits, benefits, use, or data resulting from the use of this software, or arising out of any breach of warranty.
